Abstract
This paper introduces the visibility and atmosphere from both sides of the illuminance and the consumption energy under chromatic light lighting based on the experiment with a fluorescent lamp.The grade of detail identification of red light and yellow light, the color identification of white light, the brightness of blue light are good. In addition, the action on the atmosphere of color and quantities of light is shown.Suspects have the caution to blue light at the time of the investigation. The clearness of the image of the security camera is decided because of a relative relation between the light source and the camera performance, and the visibility of the image under blue light is not always low.
